2:Please note all the installation would be conducted by experienced or technician, especially the high volt strip.

We should consider its light decay, heat dissipation,and chips life span.... our engineer just give you the right LED strip under scientific design assure 3years or 5years warranty. However we can also supply some short-term use strip which for holiday decoration with 1years warranty

4: No matter AC or DC output, all the strips can work only connect with right power supply or  adaptor. Please refer to our sales or our accessories link

As for some small power below 120W. we suggest the adaptor which will be easy to use. while it has various style like EU, US, AU.....please refer to our sales

 

for the big power output above 120W, we suggest the power box or power supply which is safe and professional, can support higher power and get steady working

1: What's the MOQ?
For the LED light, the order is range from 5-5000pcs just based on total value and various models.

2:What's your payment terms?
We can do TT, LC , WEST UNION, ALIPAY, TELEGRAM,PAYPAL. For order less than USD3000, 100% T/T in advance. For order more than 3000USD, 30% T/T in advance, the 70% balance should be paid before shipment. For customized model, we need 50% deposit before production. We'll show you the photo & video of the products and packages before you pay the balance

3: What certifications do you have?
Our products are certified with CE, RoHS, and some series have UL certification.

4:How about the shipment?
For sample or small quantity, we can finish the production within 7-15days. For large quantity or customized orders,
we need 30days to finish the production. We can help you do the partial mixed loading in the case of several goods. Save your time and cost.

5: Could you do OEM?
Yes, We can do OEM. We can print your LOGO on the product or package at extra tooling charges.

6: What's your warranty?
We usually do 2 years warranty for most of our products. 3 years or above for customized professional models . But only 1 year warranty for those promotional or economical models.
